🆘 Emergencies During Rental
If you experience an emergency during your rental (mechanical issue, injury, bad weather):
- Stop the vehicle and activate the safety lanyard kill switch.
- Remain calm and stay close to the jet ski.
- Call our on-duty staff at +1 (902) 980-0800 immediately.
- If unreachable, contact emergency services (911) and then notify our team.
